Long standing potholes

Reported via iOS in the Potholes category anonymously at 15:18, Mon 9 December 2019

Sent to North Yorkshire County Council 2 minutes later

We have had large potholes on Franklin Road for years. Every so often they are poorly filled in. White lines were sprayed around them months ago but nothing is ever done. Clearly there are no councillors or county councillors living near here!

  • The road just gets worse, to the point of now being dangerous. Nothing has been done about this since it was reported except for the spraying of white lines around the (then but now larger) potholes, to make us think that NYCC was going to do something about them. The white lines have now worn away

  • Same old story. New white lines around the holes but no action. Presumably because of Coronavirus

  • The potholes have now been fixed. Parts of the road have been resurfaced
