Public Green - Needs Dog Waste Bins

Reported in the Dog fouling category by Caroline Greenaway at 23:32, Sun 5 June 2011

Sent to Neath Port Talbot Council 3 minutes later

There are some dogs fouling the public green and children play in that area. A dog waste bin at the side of the green would benefit enormously and there will be no excuse for people to not pick up.

  • I have been advised that the area is privately owned therefore I am told the council cannot do anything. We do, however, pay full council tax for all services which I believe should include roads and common ground. If not, perhaps those in the Rowan Tree Area should get a discount!
