Alleyway which starts at Pinnocks way and runs behind the Community centre is heavily overgrown and difficult to get through. Students from local secondary school use this alleyway a lot to get to school on bikes or walk. It is also a way to local playground.

Thank you for reporting this issue. I have visited the site you pinpointed, see photos. On further investigation, however, after having contacted our Highway Records team, it has been confirmed that this footpath is not part of the Oxfordshire County Council highway network, that we are responsible for maintaining, at public expense.
