Person is illigally parking by junction.

Sent to Uttlesford District Council 4 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1878708.

The highway code states that a vehicle cannot park within 10 meters of a junction. The person is parked practically opposite and it is very dangerous when pulling out, as if there is a car coming from the right, its hard to give way as the car parked is blocking the road. It is incredible annoying and the person simply cannot park there.
