Standing water due to blocked drains

Underground pipes removed during power line works over a year ago still have not been replaced and so water gushes straight on to Back St at 2 points causing significant issues. Blocked open drains further up Back Street have caused water to flow down the street and stand outside properties at the end of the street for weeks. This was previously reported as 1856112. This water has become treacherous when it has frozen and poses a high risk of accident at the junction also. The pipe work needs to be reconnected underground and the drains on the street cleared to allow surface water to drain away rapidly.
