I reported this step months ago and now its completely broken it caused me to fall and end up with large bruising on my calf (pictured) and my upper thy area really hurting my self luckily although I was carrying my baby girl at the time she was ok and only ended up with a small graze .
Would there be any chance of it being fixed as i have young children and one having disabilities as well as a disabled mother who relise upon the hand rail to be able to get up the steps .
The broken step is out side my property leading from the public pathway down on to the road and is in use by my family as well as my neighbours. X
The step was fixed about 4 days after I reported it (granted we did have intermittent rain at times in the 3 days after I reported it) but it certainly got fixed in less time it took for my bruising and tenderness to disappear. I reported this step when it was slightly less dangerous months prior to this report so I was definitely pleased it got fixed as fast as it did and thankfully so I wouldn't want anyone elses to fall victim to it as I have children and their is alot of older people that use these steps .
State changed to: Fixed
