One vehicle turning right can cause huge delays and traffic jam of vehicles turning left

The approach of Buckland Road to the A420 needs to be two lane (one each for left and right turning). This will cut journey times, fuel costs, pollution and drivers frustration. I am not a road engineer but there looks to be enought tarmac - just needs re-marking with innovative white lines. This approach (no pun intended) should be applied to as many junctions as possible. I realise this won't help much if 10 vehicles are waiting to turn right but, in practise, this is rarely, if ever, the case. What about it OCC/Highways or whoever...
