Lack of hard standing adjacent to bus stop.

Despite requests over the last couple of years there is still no hard standing adjacent to the bus stop (for Buses going to Warwick) on the Deansway Hill. The grass verge that is used for getting on and off the buses gets very muddy, slippy and is a health and safety hazard. Can something to be done to rectify this problem before someone gets injured.
