The grass verges have not been cleared on north Copers Cope Road for at least two months. Today the pavements have been cleared by Veolia but I understand another outsourcing organisation are responsible for the grass verges. Please get them to come to this part of Beckenham as a matter of urgency.
Thank you for your report, this is now being investigated. Information on our services and the timeframes we aim to respond in can be found: http://www.bromley.gov.uk/ fixservices

Some leaves were removed this morning, before 8 am, from the grass verge in front of No 74 but a considerable volume of leaves remain. The workmen had no rake so couldn't do a proper job. The other grass verges to the south were not dealt with. So the problem remains pretty much as I reported in 8 days ago.

Good day, the grass verges get cleaned through normal cleansing schedules and a minimal amount still resides. Action is being taken to mop up the little amount left. Regards
