Problems with blue badge parking for Kidlington library

Reported in the Road Traffic Signs and Road Markings category anonymously at 17:30, Mon 2 December 2019 using FixMyStreet Pro

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council 5 minutes later. Council ref: 1871801.

The disabled space markings outside the library are so worn that it is no longer clear that this is a disabled space as a consequence it is usually occupied by vehicles not displaying a blue badge when I have tried to take my mother to the library. As there is no longer parking in the co-op parking this means that she has not been able to visit the library for some time. Could the road markings be repainted and/or could some enforcement be carried out to prevent misuse of the one space there allocated?
