This car parks inconsiderately every single day for over 5 months taking up nearly all of the pavement, making it impossible for anyone in a wheelchair, mobility scooter or pushchair to use the pavement, forcing them to walk on / use road to get round it. This road is used heavily by schoolchildren, mum's with pushchairs etc who access Blackgates school

Car is parked near top of Smithy Lane, Tingley, Wakefield, WF3 1QG
