No double yellow lines, people parking right up to the end of the street, caused a crash yesterday

Local car dealers staff park their cars at the end of windmill avenue which is really dangerous because there are 10 cars at a time All on one line and right up to the end of the street. Yesterday two cars collided that’s one was turning in, this is because there are no double yellow lines stopping cars from parking there please please please please put the double yellow lines so no more people die
