Sent to Mid Suffolk District Council and Suffolk County Council 2 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1868033.

Hardly into winter and yet again this area of road was like a river 2 days ago. Really difficult to get through. Theoretically, this problem is meant to have been sorted!!!
