Fridge and stack of shelves dumped near the garages

I was putting my car away last night and I found that someone had dumped a fridge and a large stack of shelves near my garage (no. 28) and in fact I almost fouled the latter as they were right near my garage door! I would to see this cleared up ASAP as this has happened a few times.
