  • Bromley are continuing to work with Marks and Spencer regarding them arranging a regular collection here and steps to prevent their trolleys being taken from the store. The site is attended regularly and any trolleys flagged with M&S or removed. New occurrences trolleys left can be raised as a new report rather than further comments..

  • Following liasing with Trolleywise the contractor employed by M&S you can now also log abandoned trolleys specifically through their app. available. https://www.wanzl.com/ en_EN/ service/ trolleywise/

    Trolleywise will also be servicing this location more frequently Wewill continue to maintain dialogue with M&S, our contractor and now Trolleywise to keep the situation as minimised as much as possible.

    If Trolleywise fail to remove the trollies from this site in the first instance LBB’s contractor will remove them and apply the charge accordingly to recoup their cost.
