Footpath is being damaged by heavy plant due to works commencing on Jelson site. Dangerous to passers by

    Jelson are carrying out works to the access and the barriers which they are using if windy are being blown over and it will only be a matter of time before there is a serious accident . The surface is very uneven and is a danger to pedestrians. Health and safety to pedestrians is non existent. Changes in levels not highlighted and dangerous.
