Dumped bags of rubbish

Sent to Cherwell District Council 5 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1862100.

Location: Bicester, Lay-by close to Bucknell Road/A4095 roundabout.

On 20th November, 3 black bags of rubbish were dumped in the lay-by close to the gate. About 20 feet away in a ditch close to trees there are also several green bags of rubbish that have been there for a long time.

If these could be cleared up it would be appreciated.
