  • This problem still continues!! The light at the top of the steps does not work at all and the other 2 do not shed enough light to see the steps Ivy Avenue to Hillcrest Drive steps

  • These new lanterns are re-active lights. They stay dim until you walk towards them when they come up to full power. The light at the top of the steps was adjusted yesterday so should now come on at a low level until activated when it will get brighter. In addition to this all 3 lanterns are due to be adjusted by the manufacturer in the next two weeks so they are not quite so dim when they switch on initially. If a complaint needs to be made following an accident then please see the details on on our complaints page in the link below https://beta.bathnes.gov.uk/ make-complaint-about-other-council-services Thank you.
