Deep pot hole on pedestrian crossing on road , deep pot hole around drains causing and uneven surface for pedestrian crossing

The pedestrian crossing is unsafe On Elmfield Road (just opposite Debenhams) , the block pavement is uneven causing a pot hole around the drains.

This issue needs to be rectified as it is a hazard to pedestrians. This issue was first sighted on Friday 15th November.
