Bike stands using regular bolts, most missing

Reported via Android by Martin Digon at 20:21, Thu 21 November 2019

Sent to Brighton and Hove City Council 5 minutes later

The bike stands outside Brighton Town Hall are bolted to the ground using regular hexagonal bolts, and many of them have already been removed. Stands should be concreted into the ground, or at least secured with safety bolts.
