Road drain blocked causing local flooding
Reported by Cllr David Lewis (Easton Parish Council) at 12:44, Thu 21 November 2019
Sent to Norfolk County Council and South Norfolk District Council 1 minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 1856146.
Road drain on east side of Ringland Road, Easton, adjacent to No.s 73,74 and 75 is blocked both at the road drain end and at it's outlet to the River Tud by the nearby footbridge. This has caused rainwater buildup to flood the frontage to the above numbered houses during the recent heavy rain this autumn. The blockage is believed to be caused by congested ivy growth over the outlet of the drain to the nearby river.
