Sent to Lewisham Borough Council 3 minutes later
By the pedestrian lights - newly repaired tarmac patch... water bubbling (slowly) from underneath the join (old and new tarmac). It's slow at the moment, but the road is permanently wet, Could become a much bigger problem.
. . . still bubbling!

Water continues to bubble up from edge of newish tarmac about 2m out from kerb. Now constant, considerable volume of water flowing down road.

NOT fixed, and I note, what was a small slow bubbling leak, has now got more force to it - won't be long before the substrate beneath the tarmac washes away and a large hole appears!
