Car parking on grass verge blocking access to the bus stop

The people living at 258 Weddington Road have more vehicles than will fit in the driveway of the house.
They are parking a red car on the grass verges outside the house. One grass verge has now been turned into a mud bath.
As a result they are now parking on a small grass verge which gives access to a bus stop. The way the car is parked it is preventing people from getting access to the bus stop.
These are new tenants in 258 Weddington Road who are parking vehicles in a way that the obstructs people from using the bus stop.
