We have yet again a caravan parked on the street with some one living in it, we have noise late at night people at all times of night and the rubbish is getting out of hand

  • This will no doubt be the same one which has twice been parked on Curwen Street with a cable running to a nearby house. It seems it just keeps getting moved around the local area. It needs reporting to the police too

  • The van is still on the highway with rubbish cycles around it, noise from person going to van late at night

  • Police have advised they can do nothing about it but that the occupier has said he will be moving to a caravan site today (12th March). I forsee that this won't happen. The only further suggestion from Police is to report it to environmental health at Preston CC regarding the noise and waste issues and they might be able to carry out enforcement.
