Cracks in tarmac and hole forming around manhole on fisher road between chapel street and poplar road junctions

Manhole in middle of road has cracks and holes on tarmac around it. Deterioration would be hazardous to vehicles and pedestrians (especially when dark) and could cause drain (or whatever is under the cover) to collapse. Seen three weeks ago but has got worse in recent bad weather. Manhole cover is in middle of Fisher road on the section between the Chapel Street junction and the Poplar Road junction
