Permanent puddle

Sent to Fareham Borough Council and Hampshire County Council 1 minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 1847395.

This is a seemingly permanent large puddle. The leaves are never cleared which might help. Pedestrians end up having to walk in the road . Doesn't give a very good impression right at Swanwick station .
