This is near the Recycling Bins in the Lay By next to the Industrial Site. Found this afternoon when dogwalking on footpath from Cassington Road to Church Lane Yarnton. Lots of flooded fields, roads around village not helped by all the residents paving areas around their houses not using correct drainage paviers. All ditches and streams around village at the point of overflowing due to not being cleared. Environment Agency vans often park in lay by but have rarely seen any work being done.
