Ref:00362285 , 00362286 Thank you for your report, OCC are now responding to out of lights within the contracted timescales of attending site within 7 days for repairs. If there is a cable fault this will be passed to the Electricity company to repair and will take longer, it will depend on the resources which the District Service Operator has. Thank you

Called SSE and they told me that only respond to OCC requests for repairs. Let's hope OCC keep chasing SSE for repair and not just wash their hands of it.

Good morning,
I am sorry for the delay to get the streetlights repaired. I am having difficulty finding the correct fault streetlights to where the pin point is on the map. I have attached a picture above, can you confirm? Thank you OCC

I'm sorry. The pin point on the map is in the wrong location. It should be on Elizabeth Close, RG9 1RE I don't know how the marker ended up being where it is currently shown on the map. A sign fixed to the two non-working streetlights by OCC states that the problem is with the electrical supply but SSE have not taken any action so far. Can you please chase them up?

Good afternoon,
Thank you for providing the information. Looking into this further, it is down to a cable fault so I will send the report to the OOC technician, who will the ask SSE to chase this on.
I apologies for any inconvenience that may be caused. Thank you OCC
