This road floods everytime there is heavy rain.

This is unacceptable, this flooding has got worse over the years and the worst we've seen today. We have two family members in hospital and their dog is on it's own and needs to be let out. We are trapped. My daughter will not be able to come home from work either. The fire brigade needs to pump this water away asap. I will keep on at you until you do something.
