The Stone Street charger is part of the Go Ultra Low Oxford on-street charging trial. As it is a prototype technical issues are not quick to resolve. The charger has been visited by an engineer from the charge point manufacturer Zeta to correct any hardware faults, and an engineer from the charge point operator New Motion to investigate any software issues. Zeta and New Motion are now liaising to get the charger back online. I will update you once I have confirmation that the charger is fully functional. Zeta are locally based so we hope this will be rectified soon
