Whenever there is medium to heavy rain the water runs down deep lane and on occasion it becomes liek a river. We have spent significant money on our property to protect it from flooding - Ive attached pictures to show you what happened. There are storm ditches either side of the road but these are simply not working opposite Bakehouse Farm and the water burst out of the ditch and down the road to our property. The ditches and drains need to be looked at because they are simply not clear enough to cope

Deep Lane needs a survey and the ditches and drains need to be fit for purpose to avoid the torrent of water making the lane more like a river than a road
