Unacceptable road flooding
Reported in the Blocked Drain / Gully category anonymously at 11:09, Thu 14 November 2019
Sent to Oxfordshire County Council 2 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1845932.
Yet again this area is under water, getting deeper each time flooding occurs. Now the pavement is under threat. Clearly a blocked/damaged road drain which is not being adressed. Being at a road junction, this is an accident waiting to happen as cars are driving thru it far too fast.
Council ref: ENQ19847625

The road is yet again flooded and the "flood" signs that had been placed there previously have been removed, without the flooding problem being fixed.

This end of Brashfield Road has flooded ever since a block of flats was built which replaced a bungalow with a large garden. Now the water has no where to go. The flooding has got worse in recent years. I think the drain cannot cope with the amount of water and needs to be investigated.

As you can see from the photograph taken this afternoon (12/12/2019), the problem hasn't been fixed and the road is flooded again (as it alway si now) after rainfall.

Road still flooded, drains blocked. Flood warnings have been taken away. Serious accident in the making at the road junction with Buckingham road ..... not to mention pedestrians getting soaked from vehicles wading through the water!
