Bollard 19 has been knocked off it's fixings

Bollard 19 from the pedestrian refuge near Travis Perkins has been knocked off it's fixings again and needs to be refixed to it's mounting. It is currently on the pavement outside 326 Heath End Road. It happened some time on Monday 11 November
