Road subsiding, leaving a 50mm step ~mid lane

Sent to Hampshire County Council 8 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1844429.

The road surface has dropped and it's almost invisible at night, anyone unfortunate enough to touch/fall off the step on two wheels will be luck not to crash, not obvious to those on 4 wheels which straddle the defect. Probably caused by all the over-weight skip trucks using the road illegally?
