Road surface is breaking up and slippery
Reported in the Roads/highways category anonymously at 12:57, Wed 13 November 2019
Sent to Hampshire County Council 2 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1844411.
I suspect the milk tankers wearing the surface and spilling derv with cause's it to break up as well as being slippery are the problem, either way the surface is in need of urgent replacement.

Derv and milk tanker spills, plus excessive wear due to the milk processing plant traffic on a road never meant for the level or weight of such traffic has wrecked the roads surface.
