Red bridge walkway flooding

Reported in the Pavements/footpaths category anonymously at 21:22, Tue 12 November 2019

Sent to Halton Borough Council 2 minutes later

The red bridge from Halton Lea towards Halton Hospital fills with large pools of water as soon as it rains. Please arrange drainage. Also, as you walk off the bridge, the path that goes around towards the hospital is covered in lots of leaves that need clearing away. I appreciate the times of year plays a part but the leaves are creating a slip hazard, especially for the elderly. Please arrange for the area to be cleared.
