Car illegally parked on pavement directly outside doors to Landmark Building on Westferry Road, E14 on 11.11.19 at 13.46pm. Car Reg: G11 GDL, Black Land Rover. Serious hazard to vulnerable pedestrians. Reported on TH Council on their website on 12.11.19.
