Requests IGNORED - "Tree is dying outside 82 Town Crescent"

Reported in the Public Trees category anonymously at 13:38, Tue 12 November 2019 using FixMyStreet Pro

Sent to Bromley Council 2 minutes later

I logged a request on June 26 to investigate a tree outside 82 Towncourt Crescent which is half dead (been dying out for years now) and will soon likely become hazardous.

I got the usual automated reply that it would be investigated. However, it has no been over THREE months and not one single reply. I have asked for updates twice and no reply whatsoever. Furthermore, two other residents have posted exactly the same message and request and they also received not one single reply.

How is it possible that you can ignore these requests and you council-tax-paying contituents? Please actions immediately.
