Missing cover of drain resulting in large hole over 50 cm deep. Currently a cone is there covering it.

L bought the house last November and only recently accidently moved cone which was there since we moved in. It turned out that there is huge hole after removed drain. This is next to my property border and I observed that earth is getting washed out which creates hazard for integrity of my fence and may damage road surface, not to mention that this is already grave danger if anyone would felt into or drive over it. Please make sure that this will be repaired promptly.
