Overflowing skip not collected by Skip hire company

Sent to Bridgend Council 5 minutes later

Skip supplied by AC skip hire by tradesman.Requested for it to be collected on 5th November still not collected. Contacted skip company again last Friday and promised would be collected by Saturday at the latest, still not collected so rang again to be told they will TRY to get it collected today, despite my protestations about the Health and safety issues created by it being left on my drive and now overflowing because of delay and waste being spread about by the wind causing litter in the area. Tried to get through to Environmental Health dept. After 40 minutes eventually put through to an advisor who immediately put me through to some other queue dealing with Trading Standards via Citizens advice without allowing me to actually tell her what the problem was!!
