Our neighbour at 12 Spruce Drive purchased a caravan to live in whilst working away on contract. He has since got a job local and has decided to park his caravan immeditaly outside his home within a very tight, open plan street. The caravan extends the boundaries of his land, obscures neighbours views and limits /impedes access to and from the street. Since he is tired of the caravan outside his own door we believe that it is his intention to remove trees, shrubs and flower beds opposite his home on a small section of open plan landscaping that apparrently comes with his plot, and park the caravan there. This will still cause the same issues outlined above but removes the problem from his own doorstep. There is a builders convenant opposed to any speedboats, trade vehicles and caravans being parked in the street since it is only a single track access road. What can we do about this - all the neighbours are distressed but the owner seems inconsiderate to us all.
