There was a bad diesel spillage early this morning

Sent to Warwick District Council and Warwickshire County Council 5 minutes later

The diesel slick is from one end of the lane to the other, It's slippery on the road and a cyclist skidded on the slick and fell off. There was also a really strong smell of diesel. I still have some on the sole of my shoe! This is the first opportunity I've had today to report so you may have received others by now.
