Pothole which is hidden during heavy rain

This pothole has been there for ages and is hidden during heavy rain, I hit it recently when it was full of water as it couldn’t be seen. This is also a very busy road and the pothole is situated exactly where a car wheels are in the road so you can’t miss it when someone is coming the other way.
