Noisy manhole cover on A148 Norwich Road, southbound

The manhole cover in the southbound A148 Norwich Road, Holt, near the access road between numbers 4A and 6 Norwich Road, Holt NR25 6SG, has become very noisy over the last couple of weeks. Every vehicle which drives over it (almost all cars, and most lorries depending on road positioning) causes a loud double bang. This is annoying during the daytime, but at night it's worse as it disturbs sleep (our bedrooms are at the front). Please could it be fixed?
