Hawthorn Lane (adopted highway) flooded and impassable

Reported in the Roads/highways category anonymously at 16:06, Fri 8 November 2019

Sent to Manchester City Council 4 minutes later

Same issue as in April 2018 - the road is flooded and impassible because the drain that's just beyond 121 Ivygreen Road is blocked, again. There doesn't appear to have been any maintenance since the Easter 2018 work so it's hardly surprising that the recurring issue has reoccurred! Although this adopted highway is no longer used by motor-traffic it's a busy walking and cycling route so hopefully MCC will treat this as a priority. Last time the drainage team used the access alongside 85 Ivygreen Road to get to the blocked drain / gully on Hawthorn Lane, and its location should now be marked as an asset in your GIS-system.
