Whole width of road 2' to 3' water- no warning signs on approach from either direction.

I was told yesterdsy morning by passing cyclist + pèdestrian that this stretch of road floods regularly + 5 cars have been stuck & ruined by water ingress this week alone. It seems that this jas been happening for years. The fire & rescue oficers that towed my vehicle out of this water yesterday morning could not believe thre are still no warning signs. If this happened at night to anyone it would be very frightening as the road is not lit.
