After resurfacing of road and pavement outside my property, water now comes up over the pavement and runs down my drive , resulting in a very very big puddle about two or three inches deep and the width of my car. I am concerned that as the winter progresses this will enter my garage and also poses a substantial hazard in icy weather. This is outside 13 Sumner Close. Hampton Magna
