The sign telling cyclists to move off the pavement and rejoin the road has been twisted into the wrong direction again

The "Cyclists move onto the (road) cycleway keeps getting turned out of position and this has happened again. The sign needs to be engineered in some way that it cannot be twisted out of the correct alignment again.
