Footpath needs resurfacing
Reported in the Trip hazard/uneven surface category anonymously at 13:26, Thu 7 November 2019 using FixMyStreet Pro
Sent to Lincolnshire County Council 15 minutes later. Council ref: 358500.
Footpath from start of Brecon way which cuts through to St Botolph’s Primary is not fit for purpose. Uneven, stoney, poor drainage, not wide enough, muddy in wet weather. Used by many parents and children walking to and from the school. My child has now fallen twice flat on his face and I myself have turned my ankle more than once tripping on the uneven surface. The surface needs tarmacing. Recently the foot path on the other side at the Anglian Water Tower entrance leading down to Sheldrake Road was resurfaced - why not this one? Far more people use it. I see mum's struggling daily pushing prams on the bumpy surface. Children have to dismount from bikes and scooters. Foot wear is ruined, clothes mud spattered. Surface is painful under foot when wearing thinner soled shoes. You can see where the original path width was but it has become overgrown and narrow. It appears the path was never finished.

You emailed me a link referring me on to another authority but the link does not work telling me the site may have been moved. I assumed it may be NKDC but on their site, highlighting a highways issue just leads back to Fix My Street. Can I please have the correct authority to approach with this continuing problem.
