Highly dangerous road from Bovis site to Charlton Road. Covered in mud as lorries from site are not being cleaned. Witnessed one accident when a cyclist came off bike this evening as a result of mud.

There seems to be no proper road sweeping although this is a requirement of the planning permission. Wheel washing also not effective. I am really concerned that this is a major Highway safety issue and would hate to see a repeat of what happened at the Persimmon site at Grove last winter when there was 3 or 4 major incidents any of which could have been fatal.
